Teyana Taylor's Hot Body in 'Fade': Thanks to 'Lazy Workouts'

If you were wondering how Teyana Taylor got in killer shape for her starring role for Kanye West‘s new “Fade” video, we’ve got the answer — but you’re probably not gonna like it.

“I would be lying if I said I work out,” the 25-year-old said in an interview with DJ Duffey for VladTV in 2014. She added that she did exercise on an elliptical machine, but “I do the lazy workouts. Even squats hurt for me.”

So how did she get her razor-sharp abs?

“That’s the thing,” the R&B singer continued. “I was 6 years old with a six-pack. I was one of those brolic little kids. So once I got older I realized, ‘OK, this is not going anywhere.’ My arms are already kind of naturally brolic, so I try to work on the things that I want more toned,” like her legs.

“I can give you advice all day on the butt and the legs,” she added.

But don’t look to her for tips on healthy eating.

“Let me put it like this: At some point Little Debbie was sending me boxes of cakes,” she admitted. “I always tell my mom I’m allergic to vegetables. I can’t eat ’em. I’m real funny. Like, if I can’t pronounce it or spell it, I’m not eating it. I’m more of a fried chicken, baked macaroni — I eat everything. I don’t eat healthy at all.”

In an interview with E! News on Monday, August 29, the wife of Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Iman Shumpert (and new mom of daughter Junie, 8 months) added that dancing is her workout. “I just dance,” she said. “I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.”
